Feel Again Like Yourself, BOOST Your Brain
I couple of months ago I was just struggling to remember simple things...
Something wasn't right...
I used to remember every birthday and important things without any problem, but somehow I started to lose that and I was basically ignoring it.
'Wake Up Alert'
One day I was talking with a friend who started working at a nursing home and talking about his first day he said:
"I couldn't contain and started to tear up when I saw the process of this woman who was leaving her mother at the nursing home because of memory loss issue."
Then it really got me when he end up saying:
"Sadly, most people end up there because of memory loss."
That was the 'wake up alert' for me, I panic a little bit and realized...
I have to take action ASAP!
I didn't want to forget the faces and things I love.
So I started trying various methods to improve my memory, but nothing seemed to work...

Until my Dr. Alvia shared with me this quick 5-second morning trick recently discovered by scientists in Harvard.
You only need to do this 2 steps:
1. Just grab your favorite morning drink.
2. Do exactly what they say in the video below.
And yes, I was a little bit skeptical at first.
But it worked!

Now I wake up feeling great and ready for the day, my memory on point, sharp mind and I feel confident again.
